Once we have completed the in-depth needs analysis and worked with you to design an effective development process, Augmentive works with you to train employees. We work with both the offshore and internal teams to ensure successful process implementation and team cooperation. While training can be an upfront burden and is often undervalued by other offshore providers, we feel that having a well-trained team will pay dividends in the long run.
